We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) under the following conditions:

 Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@xgearpro.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective products

-Refunds and Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
